      1.  Assign to Real time Project
      2.  Given Real time project specification, coding  standard etc, in Japanese
      3.  Project scheduling
      4.  Client communication
      5.  Delivery process

 During the project period following will be held

      6.  Performance Analayzation
      7.  Client interview contacted periodically from  Japan
      8.  Selected Engineers, will be sent to Onsite
      9.  Onsite-training given for 1 year in Japan

(After the "On the Job training", enroll to employee and salary will be given depending upon the skill set & work manner.)
